General Studio Information
Studio Appointments
All Studio services are by appointment and subject to availability. Services 60 minutes or longer require a credit card (MC/VISA) to reserve the appointment.
Check-in Policy
Please help us by being on time for your appointment.
We suggest you check in at the Studio reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. Our scheduling is designed to permit the maximum time needed for your service. Unfortunately, late arrivals will result in cancellation or reduced service/treatment time.
Full payment will still be required.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our other guests and service providers, if you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or if no notice is given and the appointment is not kept, Gift Certificates will be declared void and your credit card will be charged. No cash refunds.
Retail Purchases
Only Un-opened, un-used retail items may be returned for full refund, within 30 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by Original receipt.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices. Leaving gratuities are at the discretion of our guests, and are greatly appreciated.
